It feels great to move around a bit and not be sitting all day. I still use my desk though.
It does break it up for a few hours a day.</description>

		<description>I wonder if the people looking for a walking treadmill have looked at www.treaddesk.com?  Their treadmill doesn&#039;t have arms and it seems to be specifically designed for walking stresses.  I&#039;m looking to get one myself when my home office situation settles down and all of the plaster dust is cleared up.  OTOH I haven&#039;t found any longer term reviews of it yet....</description>

		<description>Your deck problem sounds solvable, if your willing to experiment a bit. I&#039;d recommend a good 3/4 structural plywood covered in a high strength epoxy resin. That should give you some serious strength.</description>
